MATT

An experienced lawyer and business owner, Matt founded the Group and is the majority shareholder.  He heads the Group Board overseeing its culture, growth and strategy and that of its businesses.

He worked through the ranks at a niche corporate firm, becoming its managing partner in 2005, overseeing its growth and then going on to join the board of an international law firm in 2014.  He set up the Group in 2017.

Whilst having enjoyed a predominantly corporate-focused career, he had a vision of creating niche specialist law firms, which which clients and customers could identify: a firm where clients could receive the very best service, marrying commercial legal services with personal legal expertise, without the confusion often associated with large institutionalised law firms.
