About Molly
Molly graduated from Newcastle University with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in 2016, before joining boutique firm Merrick as a legal assistant. After some travelling, she studied her Master of Laws at BPP University Manchester, before graduating in 2019. Molly then joined Chafes Hague Lambert as a family paralegal, and was awarded a training contract a year later.
Molly qualified in January 2022 and worked at Merrick for another two and half years, before joining McAlister Family Law in May 2024. She was promoted to Associate in April 2026.
Molly has spent her career working in the family law sector, and has experience dealing with all types of family matters, but predominantly now advises on divorce and financial remedy. She has dealt with complex financial remedy cases involving high net worth individuals, as well as a wide range of modest asset cases. She is also gaining experience dealing with work relating to unmarried couples, including cohabitation agreements, TOLATA and Schedule 1 claims.
Molly recognises that every family is different and going through a divorce can be a very challenging and emotional time. She prides herself on being firm but empathetic in her approach, offering practical advice and solutions to help obtain the best results for her clients.
