About Calum
Calum is experienced in dealing with all aspects of family law including divorce and financial remedies, cohabitation disputes, arrangements for children and pre and post-nuptial agreements.
He has dealt with all manner of cases but has a particular interest in cases with an international element, trusts, pensions and emergency remedies. He has represented clients in multi-jurisdictional matters, including the relocation of children, involving clients based in the UAE, Malta, Cyprus, Canada and France.
Calum believes in trying to reach the correct settlement for each individual client in a efficient and pragmatic way as possible. He is robust in negotiations but will explore all options to reach a settlement without the need for court proceedings if possible.
Much of Calum’s work comes from recommendations from previous clients and colleagues.
