McAlister Family Law, one of the North West’s leading family and children law practices, is accelerating its growth and market dominance with the opening of a new office at Exchange Station in Liverpool.
With established offices in Alderley Edge, Manchester, Leeds and London, McAlister Family Law already handles a significant portion of family and children law cases in Merseyside. The new Liverpool office now provides a permanent, local presence, bringing the practice closer to clients across the region. The location was chosen due to its proximity to the child and family court providing easy access for in house advocates and clients.
The Liverpool office will be launched and driven by a dynamic team, including four new recruits from top-tier firms. Chelsey Bayliss joins as a Partner from Price Slater Gawne, Calum Whelan joins from MSB Solicitors as an Associate Partner, Megan Brookfield as Senior Associate from Stowe Family Law and Leah Martin, formerly with Tracey Miller, joins as Client Services Executive. The team will be further supported by partner Nicola McDaid and Vicky Withers who are Law Society Children Law accredited solicitors who are already well-known in the city and surrounding area.
