FRANCES

Frances graduated from the University of Sheffield in 2012 with a qualifying law degree. She then completed her LPC at the University of Law in 2016 achieving a Distinction.

After her qualifications, Frances trained for 4 years as a Paralegal/Trainee Solicitor in the Family Department at Chafes Hague Lambert Solicitors. Upon qualification in October 2017, Frances immediately joined Maguire Family Law (a niche family law firm) where she joined as a Solicitor and in September 2019 was promoted to Associate Solicitor.

Frances joined the team at Beyond Law Group in January 2022 as an associate within McAlister Family Law. In her role, Frances advises clients on all aspects of family law, separation and divorce to include legal drafting of agreements.

Frances has a particular specialism in divorce and division of matrimonial assets, to include cases within financial proceedings and with complex financial arrangements. In addition to this, Frances also advises on private law children matters, including those within court proceedings such as relocation cases and issues concerning arrangements for children generally.

Frances prides herself on client care and is known for her calming and sensitive approach towards clients whilst always ensuring a high level of detail.
