ANNE

Anne’s extensive knowledge of, and experience in, the full representation of parents in public and private law and Children Act proceedings, is the result of her 25 years of working in Family Law. Her particular specialism is in the challenging arena of cases of domestic abuse, and she is much sought after for her expertise.

Anne is frequently required to attend Public Law Outline Meeting (PLO) or a pre-proceedings meetings, where she represents the parents concerned in such cases. She is also involved in both pre-proceedings, and care proceedings, on behalf of the Local Authority – cases including neglect, NAI, discharge of care orders, Special Guardianship and adoption.
