First, we Meet.

Our first meeting is a comprehensive consultation which enables you to give a detailed overview of the background of the dispute in question. This meeting also ensures that we identify the right legal team to deliver the right result for you. Our priority is to ensure that you are not only provided with the best advice at all times but also that you feel supported throughout the case journey.

This meeting also enables us to identify whether you/ your family would benefit from any of the expertise offered by our family support service team.

Next, we plan.

At this crucial, second step, we create a ‘Moving Forward’ plan for you. This plan will set out a step-by-step guide on the next steps and what to expect moving forward. The plan will also set out tasks for you to complete which will not only ensure thorough preparation but also keep costs to a minimum. We will also identify whether we will require any additional experts and ensure that they are retained as early on in the case as possible.

Then we can deliver 

At McAlister Family Law we deliver on our promises and strive to achieve the results that our clients desire. Throughout your case, progress will be monitored against your personal moving forward plan to ensure that objectives are being achieved. There will be times when a plan needs to be updated or amended to adopt a more robust or relaxed strategy depending on the circumstances of your case. You will be involved in all decision-making ensuring confidence remains high at all times.
