McAlister Family Law is continuing the growth of its Liverpool office with the appointment of solicitor Katie Lindon, further strengthening the practice’s family law offering across the region.
Katie joins McAlister Family Law following the successful launch of its Liverpool office at Exchange Station in April 2026. Since opening, the practice’s focus has been on expanding both its team and client base, with Katie’s appointment marking another significant step in that growth.
Katie advises clients on a wide range of matters including child arrangements, protective injunctions, divorce and financial remedies. She has particular expertise in private children law, acting in cases involving Child Arrangements Orders, Non-Molestation Orders, Occupation Orders, Prohibited Steps Orders and Specific Issue Orders.
Prior to qualifying as a solicitor, Katie worked as a paralegal at a local firm before completing a specialist training contract focused exclusively on private family law at a global law firm with a significant presence in the UAE and recognised by Chambers in the UK.
