Whilst the process of divorce can be an emotionally turbulent and arduous time, there are equally instances where you and your spouse have simply grown apart and you want to move on. From a legal perspective, there is nothing wrong with this and therefore if you feel you are able to get back out there again, then that is a matter for you.
The only word of caution might be that if your new relationship develops to a point where you are considering living together, your new partner’s financial resources may also be considered as part of any ongoing divorce and financial remedy proceedings.
