About Samia
Samia is a Solicitor in the Family Law team at McAlister Family Law, advising clients on all aspects of divorce, financial remedy and private children matters.
Samia has experience acting in complex financial remedy cases involving high net worth individuals, including cases with assets exceeding £20 million, pensions, businesses and property disputes. Samia also deals with sensitive private children matters concerning child arrangements and allegations of domestic abuse.
Recognising that every family is different, Samia takes the time to understand each client’s priorities and concerns before developing a clear strategy for moving their case forward. She is committed to ensuring clients feel heard and empowered throughout the legal process. Samia understands that the outcome of a family law case can shape the next chapter of a client’s life and helping them move forward with certainty.
