Kay

Kay has worked in Family Law for more than a decade, beginning her career in the Law as an admin assistant before progressing through to the role of Associate alongside her part time studies.

During this time, she worked predominantly on child protection matters, focusing on both private and public law cases. Currently, her focus is on Local Authority matters and works closely with social workers, building strong relationships and providing pragmatic and clear advice, her areas of specialism being Care proceedings (inc. pre proceedings), contact disputes/child arrangement orders, discharge of care proceedings, adoption, special Guardianship Orders and NAI and FII.
