McAlister Family Law has strengthened its award-winning Divorce and Finance team with the appointment of two new recruits, Samia Khanum and Francesca Grey, as the practice continues to expand in response to increasing client demand and growing caseload volumes.
The appointments form part of McAlister Family Law’s wider growth strategy, reinforcing the practice’s reputation as one of the UK’s leading family and children law specialists.
Samia joins as a Solicitor in the Divorce and Finance team, advising clients on all aspects of divorce and financial remedy matters. She has experience acting in complex financial remedy cases involving high-net-worth individuals, including matters concerning assets exceeding £20 million, pensions, business interests and property disputes.
As a member of Resolution, Samia is committed to resolving disputes constructively wherever possible, while providing robust representation when litigation cannot be avoided.
Also joining the Divorce and Finance team is Francesca, a family law practitioner with three years’ dedicated experience. Having trained at Slater and Gordon, Francesca advises on a broad range of family law matters, including divorce, child arrangements and financial settlements, with a focus on achieving practical, fair and sustainable outcomes for clients.
