CAROL

She works closely with Deputy District Judge and McAlister Family Law partner, Liz Cowell, assisting with diary planning, client liaison, the preparation of court document and petitions, filing and archiving, billing and the many other vital administrative tasks that ensure the smooth running of the team’s day-to-day activities. She’s also responsible for the on-boarding of new matters and new client opening with the Group’s systems.  She carries out ID verifications and anti-money laundering checks to meet the Group’s regulatory requirements on customer due diligence, and also deals with conflict searches.

Her cheerful and positive approach is appreciated by clients and colleagues alike.
