Our divorce and Family Law department has a reputation for excellence and we members of a variety of prestigious organisations such as the International Academy of Family Lawyers, Resolution, and the National Association of Arbitrators. Many of the cases in which the team act have an international family law element. To enable our clients to take a global approach to their case, we have strategic partnerships in place with other law firms and specialists around the world.

The Children Law team boasts some of the country’s leading experts who specialise not only in private but also public proceedings. The team also specialises in adoption, child abduction, surrogacy and paternity-related disputes. Eight members of the team are members of the prestigious Law Society Children Law Accreditation Panel. The team also offers parent collaboration as an alternative to court proceedings.

Our
story

In the same year that saw the announcement that the third royal baby was on the way for the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge (2017) Beyond Law Group established its third business, McAlister Family Law, headed by managing partner Amanda McAlister. The Group shared the vision of a family law firm that delivered life changing results, not only to adults of all nationalities, ages and backgrounds, but also to children.
